SHAPE PHX is the Planning and Development Departments new permitting System. The SHAPE PHX Portal replaces the PDDOnline Release 3. RESIDENTIAL PHOTOVOLTAIC - SOLAR APP+


The SolarAPP+ permit process requires photovoltaic plans to be submitted through SolarAPP+ at https://solarapp.nrel.gov/.

The applicant must receive approval documentation from SolarAPP+ prior to applying for the City of Phoenix SolarAPP+ permit listed below.
